Pricing for wholesale products includes all Red Bird Paper watercolor art prints, gift/holiday/special occasion tags, and flat and folded stationery.
Wholesale pricing is not available for custom items such as: invitations, announcements, calling cards, personalized stationery, business cards, or custom commissioned artwork.

All payments are required prior to shipping, either through check, PayPal, or credit card (by phone). Net 30 terms are offered to retailers whose credit applications have been approved. There will be a $75 late fee for past-due invoices. Returned checks are subject to a $20 fee. Orders paid by check will only ship once the check has cleared. In order to give the best shipping rates, shipping payment will be calculated post-purchase, and retailers will be invoiced separately for shipping fees.
Orders ship approximately 2-4 weeks from order date. All orders will ship via UPS and will have a tracking number. We try our best to ship everything in as few boxes as possible. Please contact us with requests for special shipping terms or with a UPS/FedEx account number.
All watercolor art prints come signed and wrapped in a clear resealable sleeve with a thick cardboard backing. Flat and folded stationery box sets come packaged in clear, side-loading boxes. Watercolor gift tags come packaged in resealable clear sleeves. All items are retail-ready and have labeling to clearly identify the product.
All Red Bird Paper products must be sold in their original packaging. Boxed sets may not be broken up.

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges.
If item(s) are received with damage, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with a brief description and attached photo of damaged item(s). The product(s) will be replaced at no cost and return shipping costs will be refunded.

Retailers can apply for a wholesale account with Red Bird Paper by filling out the enclosed Wholesale Application. If you have already been set up as a wholesale buyer, simply call 601.602.6363 or e-mail email@example.com with your order. Please title subject “(Store name) Wholesale Order” and be mindful of our minimum quantity requirements when ordering.
Online or catalog retailers carrying Red Bird Paper products are required to include the Red Bird Paper name in the product title or in the product description. This is a requirement for selling our products online or in a catalog. As an online retailer, retailers may only sell on the URL that is submitted and approved through the wholesale application. Selling Red Bird Paper products through a third party website (i.e. Amazon, Ebay, Etsy, etc.) is NOT ALLOWED.
RBP office hours
Red Bird Paper office hours are Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. Office hours are not kept over the weekend, so order inquiries may be submitted via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
RBP strives to be courteous to and aware of each retailer’s shopping territory, but we cannot guarantee exclusivity. Please check our shops listing on our site to see if Red Bird Paper is represented in your zip code. If not, we highly encourage you to complete our Wholesale Application.
